Zentiva has hired Pawel Borowski in the role of Head of General Legal in Prague from Takeda.
Borowski explained for CEE In-House Matters that, in his role, he will be reporting to the Zentiva Head of Legal.
Borowski started his legal career in Warsaw as an Associate with Wardynski & Partners in 2003. In 2006 he joined Hogan Lovells as an Associate and then moved in 2007 to Weil Gotshal & Manges as a Senior Associate. In 2013 he joined Chalas i Wspolnicy as the Head of Litigation and later moved to Kochanski & Partners in 2014 where he was made Partner. Borowski moved in-house in 2019 when he joined JUUL Labs as a Legal Counsel Poland. Almost one year later he moved to Takeda in Switzerland taking on the role of Senior Legal Counsel Global Manufacturing and Global Quality.
