Benefits System has appointed Jaroslaw Szewczyk to the position of Director of Legal & Corporate Governance.
Szewczyk joined the employee benefits company in 2025 as a Legal Counsel.
Prior to Benefits System, he spent more than 10 years at RKKW – Kwasnicki, Wrobel & Partnerzy, first as a Lawyer between 2015 and 2018, then as a Partner between 2019 and 2024, including as the Managing Partner between 2021 and 2022, and finally, as Of Counsel – Corporate and M&A – Capital Markets in 2025.
Szewczyk’s other experience includes working as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Tectona Fund Operations between 2021 and 2024, Arbitrator – Court of Arbitration for Handball at Polish Handball Federation between 2017 and 2022, Assistant Lecturer at Jagiellonian University between 2012 and 2014, Associate at Garrigues Polska i Pablo Olabarri Gortazar in 2013, Associate at DJBW Danilowicz Jurcewicz Biedecki i Wspolnicy between 2012 and 2013, and Junior Associate at Allen & Overy, A. Pedzich between 2011 and 2012.
He started his legal career as a Lawyer at FWSK Forys Wojciechowski, where he worked between 2010 and 2011.
