Greek conglomerate GEK Terna has hired Yannis Kourniotis in the role of the Group General Counsel and General Director of Legal Affairs & Corporate Governance.
Kourniotis is a Partner on Leave at Lambadarios Law Firm, where he worked since 2018, leading project finance, PPP, energy, and infrastructure projects.
Prior to that, he was a Partner at Bernitsas Law between 1999 and 2018.
