Electric and hybrid vehicles manufacturer BYD Europe has appointed Gergo Szalai-Bordas to the role of Principal Counsel – Head of European Legal & Compliance Group.
Szalai-Bordas has been with the company since 2025, initially joining as the Principal Counsel – Hungary.
He moved in-house after almost a decade at KPMG Hungary, where he was a Senior Associate between 2016 and 2025.
Szalai-Bordas started his legal career working as a Legal Associate at PK Koveteleskezelo between 2015 and 2016.
