Irina Roxana Petre Joins Wolf Theiss as Partner

Former Engie Deputy Legal Director Irina Roxana Petre has joined Wolf Theiss as a Partner in the firm’s Energy Industry Group in Romania.

Before joining the firm, Petre worked for Engie from 2021 to 2025. Earlier, she worked for Stratulat Albulescu as a Partner from 2018 to 2021, for E.ON Regenerabile Romania as the CEO and Legal Manager from 2011 to 2017, and for E.ON Romania as the Director of the Legal Department and Business Development from 2006 to 2011. Earlier still, she worked for CMS as a Senior Associate and Partner from 2000 to 2006 and for Taylor Joynson Garrett as a Junior Lawyer from 1998 to 1999.
