Yuriy Terentyev has joined building materials provider CRH as its Head of Legal Ukraine.
Terentyev moved to CRH from Redcliffe Partners, where he was a Partner between 2021 and 2026.
Before that, he was a Member of the Supervisory Board at JSC Ukreximbank between 2021 and 2023, Chairman at Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine between 2015 and 2020, and General Counsel (Legal, Real Estate, Compliance, Corporate Secretary) at ArcelorMittal between 2012 and 2015.
Terentyev spent more than four years at Metro Cash and Carry Ukraine, first as the Head of Legal Department between 2002 and 2007, then as the Head of Financial Controlling Department between 2007 and 2008, then as the Head of Expansion Coordination between 2007 and 2008, and finally, as a Compliance Officer, Head of Internal Audit (Operational Monitoring) between 2009 and 2012
His other experience includes working as a Legal Counsel at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) between 2000 and 2002 and Legal Counsel at Bristol Myers Squibb between 1997 and 2000.
