ModulEdge Hires Ivan Sorokin as Its Chief Legal Officer

Ukranian lawyer Ivan Sorokin has joined Czech custom-fit modular data center provider ModulEdge as the Chief Legal Officer.

He remains the Chief Legal Officer at Everstone Development – a position he held since 2025, and the Head of Legal at DEOL Partners – since 2020.

Earlier, Sorokin worked as the Head of Legal Ukraine and Central Europe at Nokian Tyres between 2018 and 2020, Senior Legal Advisor (Deputy Head of Legal) Ukraine and CIS at COFCO International between 2017 and 2018, Senior Legal Advisor (Deputy Head of Legal) at Shell Retail Ukraine between 2008 and 2017, and Deputy General Manager on Legal Issues (Project Work) at Bucha Glass Works between 2007 and 2008.

His experience includes working as a Legal Counsel on Corporate Issues at Continium in 2007, Chief Legal Adviser on Corporate Management, Head of Legal Department at Comfort group of companies between 2005 and 2007, Legal Counsel at TNK British Petroleum between 2004 and 2005, and Senior Legal Adviser at Law Company G&K between 2000 and 2004.
