Veljko Smiljanic Returns to Private Practice to Establish Tria Partners

Veljko Smiljanic has returned to private practice by establishing Tria Partners with Milos Stojkovic.

Before setting up Tria Partners, Smiljanic worked for United Mead as the company’s Head of Legal from 2021 to 2025. Earlier, he worked for Karanovic & Partners as a Senior Associate from 2011 to 2021.

Earlier still, he worked as a Junior Legal Advisor at the Ministry of Trade and Services between 2010 and 2011.

“Built on experience in government, international firms, and in-house legal leadership, we’ve based our practice on a simple principle: give clients the support we once needed,” Smiljanic commented.
