Oana Marinescu has joined Credex Bank as Head of Legal Department.
Before the move, Marinescu worked as Legal Director at Altex Romania between 2019 and 2025. Prior to that, she was Manager – General Legal Assistance and Litigations Department at Patria Bank SA between 2017 and 2019. Earlier, she worked in the Legal Division of Banca Comerciala Carpatica between 2016 and 2017. Earlier still, she spent seven years as Director of Legal Division at Garanti Bank SA, between 2009 and 2016.
Her other experience includes woking as Executive Director, Legal Division at Bancpost between 2007 and 2009, Head of Legal Department at HVB Tiriac Bank between 2002 and 2007, Legal Advisor at Diekat between 2001 and 2002, Senior Legal Advisor at Banca Turco Romana SA between 1998 and 2001, Legal Advisor at Romlease SA between 1996–1998, and Legal Advisor at BRD between 1994 and 1996.
