Miruna Dumitru Joins PPC Renewables as Legal Advisor

PPC Renewables has hired Miruna Dumitru as Legal Advisor.

Prior to joining the subsidiary of Public Power Corporation, Dumitru worked as Legal Counsel at NCH Capital between 2023 to 2025.

She moved in-house after working as a Lawyer at Kinstellar between 2021 and 2023. 

Earlier, she worked as a Lawyer at Ratiu & Ratiu between 2018 and 2021 and Junior Lawyer at Stratulat Albulescu Attorneys at Law between 2017 and 2018.

“I’m excited to have stepped into a new role within the PPC team,” commented Dumitru. “This transition represents an important step in my career and provides an excellent opportunity to apply and further build upon the experience I’ve gained so far in the renewable energy sector.”
