Martin Kraft Becomes the Legal Director, Switzerland and Austria at Pfizer

Czech lawyer Martin Kraft has been appointed to Legal Director, Switzerland and Austria at Pfizer. 

Kraft, currently based in Switzerland, joined the pharmaceutical company in 2024 and has since held a number of roles: Interim Legal Director, the Netherlands between 2024 and 2025, Legal Counsel, FIND Cluster (Finland, Iceland, Norway, Denmark) in 2025, and Legal Counsel, International Platform in 2024 – a role he maintains.

Prior to Pfizer, he worked as a Legal Counsel, International (ex-US) at Seagen between 2022 and 2023, an independent Compliance Officer and Consultant APAC between 2019 and 2021, a Legal Manager, CEE + Distributor Markets APAC and MENA at Biogen between 2016 and 2019, and a Lecturer at European Centre for Career Education between 2017 and 2018.

Earlier still, he worked as a Lawyer at Hogan Lovells between 2010 and 2014 and Lecturer at Zhetysu State University in 2013.
