Murat Caglar has joined Iktisat Katilim as Chief Legal Counsel.
Prior to taking on this role, he was the General Counsel & Board Secretary at Hedef Yatirim Bankasi between 2023 and 2025.
Earlier still, Caglar was the Managing Counsel at Esenyel & Partners between 2021 and 2023, Chief Legal Counsel at Turkiye Katilim Bankalari Birligi between 2017 and 2021, Legal Head for International Law and Consultancy at Halkbank between 2014 and 2017, and Global Legal Affairs Manager at BTA Food & Services between 2011 and 2014.
Additionally, he was a Visiting Lecturer at Istanbul Commerce University between 2009 and 2010 and at Yeditepe University between 2008 and 2009.
