Elif Dalga Joins Abbott as Ethics & Compliance Manager

Elif Dalga has taken on the role of Ethics & Compliance Manager, Turkiye & CIS at Abbott.

Prior to joining the company, Dalga worked as an AI Governance & Privacy Manager and Data Privacy Officer at Allianz between 2023 and 2025.

Earlier still, she spent over five years at Novartis, where she worked as a Trainee Lawyer between 2018 and 2019, a Junior Legal Counsel between 2019 and 2021, and a Legal Counsel between 2021 and 2023.
