“Since one of my dear colleagues will start a new chapter of her life, I am honored to be the Interim Head of Corporate Legal and lead our amazing team at the Berlin HQ that supports the entire group,” commented Kiss. “Since I started my career at this company in 2016 as part of the Corporate Legal team before and during the IPO, I look forward to returning to my roots and taking on this new challenge to support our hundreds of subsidiaries in more than 70 countries! After this journey to expand my knowledge and experience, I will be happy to rejoin my team in a year to bring my new insights and perspectives to my capital markets, corporate finance, and share-based compensation core work as Deputy Head again.”
