Polish state-owned special purpose vehicle company Centralny Port Komunikacyjny has hired Dariusz Okolski as its new Head of Legal.
Prior to joining the organization, Okolski ran his eponymous practice Okolski & Partnerzy between 2005 and 2025. Earlier, he worked as an Attorney-at-Law at Haarmann Hemmelrath between 2003 and 2005.
His professional experience also includes working as Chief Legal Counsel at Blue City in 2003, Chief Legal Counsel at Skanska Polska between 1999 and 2002, Associate at Clifford Chance between 1996 and 1999, and Associate at Altheimer & Gray between 1992 and 1996.
