Former Soltysinski Kawecki & Szlezak Partner Andrzej Motyka has joined Kulczyk Investments S.A. in Warsaw as the company’s Lead Counsel, M&A.
Motyka had been with SK&S since 2008, first joining the firm as an intern. He was appointed to Partner at the firm in January 2021.
“While I was very happy working at SK&S, I just felt that joining KI would give me a great opportunity to get a new – in-house – perspective and I’m very excited about it,” commented Motyka. “I’ve been working a lot with the KI group for the last few years, so I know that team I’m joining is really amazing.”
