NEPI Rockcastle has appointed Romanian lawyer Alexandru Florescu as its Company Secretary in the Netherlands.
Florescu first joined the company in 2012 as a Legal Counsel – Investments in Bucharest. Since 2018, he’s been serving as a Director with NE Property B.V in the Netherlands, focusing on transactions, M&A, deal structuring, and investments.
Before moving in-house, Florescu was an Associate with the Deloitte-affiliated firm Reff & Asociatii between 2011 and 2012.
With the NEPI’s recent relocation to the Netherlands, Florescu commented: “I am thankful to the Board of Directors for entrusting me with this role and I am looking forward to being a part of this new chapter in the company’s story.”
