Alexandru Coras Returns to Private Practice as Partner with Stalfort

Former Prime Kapital Development real estate development and M&A Lawyer Alexandru Coras has returned to private practice by joining Stalfort Legal-Tax-Audit in Romania as a Partner.

Before joining Stalfort, Coras spent over three and a half years in-house with Prime Kapital Development, an integrated real estate developer, investor, and operator, as a real estate development and M&A Lawyer. Earlier, Coras spent over four years with RTPR Allen & Overy, joining the firm in 2015 as a Junior Associate and being promoted to Associate in 2017.

He started his career in 2011 as a Teaching Assistant with Brinel in Cluj-Napoca, did stints as a Legal Intern with SCA Faur & Chiorean, KPMG Romania, and GTC & Partners, and also spent two years as the Senior Editor & Interviews Coordinator for law student-run Lawyr.it, between 2013 and 2015.
