Tamara Kosi has become Hoerbiger’s new Global Corporate Legal Counsel.
Prior to joining Hoerbiger, Kosi worked as M&A Manager/Lead in the Corporate Finance Department and Senior Legal Counsel at CCE Holding between 2023 and 2025.
Ealier, she spent almost two years at CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz as an Attorney.
Her other experience includes working as Strategy Advising Committee Member for Teach For Austria between 2023 and 2023, Senior Legal Counsel at Novartis between 2020 and 2021, a Lawyer at Wolf Theiss Law Firm between 2018 and 2019, Senior Associate at USA Lex-Mundi Associated Law Firm between 2018 and 2018 as well as an Associate (Attorney Candidate) there earlier – between 2014 and 2018. Kosi was a Judicial Intern with Higher Court between 2017 and 2018, Professional Delegate at UNCITRAL Working Group V (Insolvency Law) between 2015 and 2015, Associate Legal Counsel at Busse & Miessen Rechtsanwalte Partnerschaft between 2015 and 2015, and Associate Legal Counsel at the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry between 2014 and 2014.
Kosi has also been acting as Co-Founder and Board Member and Vice President of SI Business Forum Vienna since 2025, EU Expert for the European Commission since 2024, Board Member for the Female Leaders Network at the WU Executive Academy since 2024, and EU FIDE Rapporteur for EU Green Transition for the International Federation of European Law (FIDE) since 2023.
