UniCredit Bank Austria AG has appointed Svjetlana Bulic-Keseljevic as Head of General Legal Advice & Litigation.
Bulic-Keseljevic originally joined UniCredit in 2008 as Vice President Investment Banking Emerging Europe/Senior Legal Counsel, a role she held until 2011. She was also Head of Corporate Affairs UniCredit CAIB AG between 2009 and 2010 and Senior Compliance Officer with UniCredit Bank Austria AG between 2010 and 2012. Between 2012 and 2013, she was the Head of Compliance CEE Support and Monitoring at UniCredit Banks Austria AG. Subsequently, between 2013 and 2018, she worked as the Head of Legal and Compliance at UniCredit Business Integrated Solutions Austria GmBH. Her last role within the organization prior to her appointment was that of Head of Legal of UniCredit Services GmBH between 2018 and 2025.
Before UniCredit, she was a Senior Legal Counsel with Austrian Airlines between 1998 and 2008.
