UiPath Appoints Diana Tatulescu as Global Employee Relations & HR Compliance Director

Romanian lawyer Diana Tatulescu has been appointed Global Employee Relations and HR Compliance Director at UiPath – a role based in Bellevue, Washington, United States.

UiPath is a Romania-founded automation software company and the country’s first unicorn.

Tatulescu has been with UiPath since 2019, joining as Senior Employment Legal Counsel (EMEA). In 2023, she was appointed Legal Counsel Director.

Prior to moving in-house, she worked at NNDKP, first as a Junior Associate Lawyer between 2014 and 2017, and then as an Associate Lawyer between 2017 and 2018.
