Kaolin EAD General Counsel Teodora Ivanova has taken on additional responsibilities at the company as an Executive Board Member.
Ivanova has been the General Counsel of this Quarzwerke Group company since joining in 2013.
Prior to moving in-house, she worked as a Senior Associate at CMS between 2006 and 2013, an Associate at Hayhurst Robinson Law Practice between 2003 and 2005, and a Junior Lawyer at McGregor & Partners between 2001 and 2003.
“One rarely feels fully ready for the next step, whether it is upward or sideways — but growth comes from embracing the challenge and seizing the opportunity,” commented Ivanova. “I made such a sideways move in 2013, transitioning from private legal practice into the industrial minerals business. Now, I step from General Counsel into the role of Executive Board Member of Kaolin EAD. I look forward to making the years ahead as meaningful and professionally fulfilling as the past 13 have been for me.”
