Rumen Valkov Joins RabbIT Solutions as Director of International Expansion

Regulatory compliance solutions provider RabbIT Solutions has hired Rumen Valkov as the Director of International Expansion.

Prior to joining the regtech company, Valkov worked as the Head of Legal at RYVYL (EU) between 2023 and 2025.

Earlier still, he was an AML/Compliance Operations Manager at Entain between 2020 and 2023, a Freelance Consultant between 2018 and 2020, Head of Legal and Compliance at GetBack in 2018, and Senior Manager – Legal, Compliance, Administration and Loss Prevention at International Personal Finance between 2014 and 2017.

His experience includes working as the Head of Legal/Compliance/Claims/Collection at Compagnie Francaise D Assurance Pour Le Commerce Exterieur between 2012 and 2013, Senior Legal Advisor at EFG Leasing between 2009 and 2012, Legal Advisor at Postbank (Eurobank Bulgaria AD) between 2008 and 2009, and Junior Legal Advisor at Ernst & Young between 2006 and 2008.

“I am also a marathon and ultramarathon runner, and I believe that you should move forward,” commented Valkov.
