Peter Malovec Joins CTP Slovakia as Head of Legal

Former Taylor Wessing Counsel and Head of Real Estate Peter Malovec has joined CTP Slovakia as its new Head of Legal.

In his new role, Malovec will oversee all legal affairs related to CTP’s expanding operations in Slovakia and support the company’s growth initiatives in the region.

Before the move, Malovec worked for Taylor Wessing between 2023 and 2025. Earlier, he worked for HB Reavis as a Senior Associate between 2010 and 2012, the Deputy Head of Legal between 2013 and 2017, and the Group Head of Legal between 2017 and 2023. Earlier still, he worked for BBH as an Associate between 2006 and 2007 and as a Senior Associate between 2008 and 2010. He began his career as an Associate working for Zelenay and Partners between 2004 and 2006.
