Sisecam has appointed Ozum Arin as Legal Director, International Operations & M&A.
The new role expands her responsibility to cover legal work of all international operations of Sisecam as well as M&A transactions.
Arin first joined the company in 2022 as Legal Manager, Non-EU Operations & Global Investments.
Before Sisecam, Arin worked at Sabanci Holding as Legal Manager in 2022. Earlier, she worked for Coca-Cola CCI as Legal Counsel between 2019 and 2022, for Anadolu Efes as Group Legal Affairs Manager between 2017 and 2019, and for Coca-Cola Icecek as Legal Counsel, International Operations between 2014 and 2017. She started her career with Koc Bilgi Grubu as a Legal Counsel between 2008 and 2014.
