Nada Matusikova Joins CEZ Teplarenska as CLO

Nada Matusikova has joined CEZ Teplarenska as its new Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary in the Czech Republic.

CEZ Teplarenska’s is a part of CEZ ESCO (CEZ Group).

Prior to joining the company, she spent almost 10 years at RWS Group, first as General Counsel (Global) at RWS Moravia between 2014 and 2021, then as Legal Director, RWS Language Services (Global) between 2021 and 2023, and finally, as Co-Head of Legal (Global) between 2023 and 2024 (as reported by CEE In-House Matters on August 2, 2023).

Earlier, Matusikova was In-House Legal Counsel at Moravia IT (acquired by RWS in 2017) between 2006 to 2014.

Her other experience includes working as a Lawyer at United Bakeries AS between 2003 and 2006, and as a Lawyer at ZPV Industrial s.r.o. between 2001 and 2003.

“I’m excited to contribute to the transformation of the heating industry as part of the environmentally friendly energy solutions powered by CEZ ESCO,” commented Matusikova. “I’m looking forward to leveraging my broad legal expertise and experience to boost the process in a legally compliant manner.”
