Mammalian biologics development and manufacturing organization Rezon Bio has hired Monika Glowacka as its new General Counsel VP Legal & Compliance.
Prior to joining the organization, Glowacka worked as the Head of Global Antitrust & Competition Law and Associate General Counsel Corporate Legal at Haleon between 2022 and 2025.
Earlier, she spent more than eight years at GSK, first as the Head of Legal Poland & Baltics between 2014 and 2016, then as the Legal Director CE North between 2016 and 2022, followed by her ad interim role as the Legal Director CE North Global Competition Law Lead between 2021 and 2022, and, finally, as the Global Head of Antitrust and Competition Law Consumer Healthcare in 2022.
Glowacka’s experience includes working at Colgate-Palmolive as a Legal Manager CEE between 2011 and 2014 and Legal Counsel Poland and Baltics between 2009 and 2011, as well as an In-house Lawyer at Agros Nova between 2006 and 2009 and Junior Lawyer at P.J Sowislo Attorneys and Legal Advisors between 2004 and 2006.
