Gulenay Rusen Returns to Karadeniz Holding

Gulenay Rusen has returned to Turkish conglomerate Karadeniz Holding as its Legal Executive Director.

Rusen worked at Karadeniz Holding earlier in her career, between 2009 and 2012, as a Legal Manager.

She (re)joins from Siemens Mobility Ulasim Sistemleri, where she worked as a Head of Legal between 2019 and 2025.

Prior to that, Rusen worked as a Head of Legal & Compliance Officer at AES Entek between 2012 and 2018.

Her experience includes working as a Senior Associate at Guzeldere Law Firm between 2008 and 2009, Senior Associate at Serap Zuvin Law Firm between 2007 and 2008, and Research Assistant at Anadolu University School of Law between 2004 and 2007.
