Gabriela Popescu Appointed to Corporate, External and Legal Affairs Lead, Central Europe at Microsoft

Microsoft has appointed Romanian lawyer Gabriela Popescu to Corporate, External and Legal Affairs Head, Central Europe.

Popescu has been with the company since 2017, when she joined as Legal Director. In 2022, she was appointed to Legal Director, Multi Country Region, CEE.

Before joining Microsoft, Popescu served as the Head of Legal & Country Head of Compliance at Novartis between 2013 and 2017. Earlier still, she worked for Colgate Palmolive between 1996 and 2013, first joining the company as Regional Legal Director and serving as the Human Resources and Regional Legal DIrector for the last ten months of her tenure. Before Colgate Palmolive, Popescu was a Legal Advisor with The Coca-Cola Company.
