Firat Aydin Returns to Private Practice by Joining Egemenoglu as Partner

Firat Aydin has joined law firm Egemenoglu as Partner in the Financial Restructuring & Insolvency Department.

Aydin returns to private practice after spending almost 20 years in-house, first as a Lawyer at Turkland between 2006 and 2007, and then as Head of Legal Collections for Large and Medium-Sized Loans at Denizbank between 2007 and 2025.

Aydin started his legal career in private practice, working as a Lawyer at Av. Ahmet Sert Hukuk Burosu between 2004 to 2006.

“Bringing over two decades of experience in the financial sector, Aydin offers deep expertise in financial restructuring, legal risk management, and strategic advisory services,” commented the firm.
