Dan Rugina Joins V-Nova as VP Head of Legal

Romanian lawyer Dan Rugina has joined V-Nova in London as VP Head of Legal.

Rugina had served as a Senior International Legal Counsel with the Lycamobile Group since 2016. Before that, he was a Senior Commercial Lawyer with BT Global Services between 2014 and 2016. Earlier still, he worked for Vodafone, first as a Legal Counsel in Luxembourg between 2010 and 2012 and then as a Legal Counsel in London between 2012 and 2014.

Before moving in-house, Rugina worked as a Solicitor for Winckworth Sherwood between 2005 and 2010, as a Trainee Solicitor for Ince & Co between 2002 and 2004, as a Legal Assistant with Linklaters between 2001 and 2002, and as an Associate with Buzescu & Co between 1998 and 1999.
