Former Visa Senior Regional Counsel for South Eastern Europe Basak Gurbuz has joined Alliance Healthcare Turkiye as its new Director of Legal Affairs and General Counsel.
Before the move, Gurbuz worked for Visa as Senior Regional Counsel between 2020 and 2025 (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on March 20, 2020). Earlier, she worked for The Walt Disney Company as a Counsel & Director between 2015 and 2019. Earlier still, she worked for Gun + Partners as an Associate between 2008 and 2012, a Senior Associate between 2012 and 2015, and a Managing Associate in 2015. Moreover, she worked for Pekin & Bayar as a Junior Associate between 2006 and 2008.
