Ayse Dirik has joined Turcas and Aksoy Holding as its new General Counsel.
Before the move, Dirik was the General Counsel of Yildiz Holding in 2024. Earlier, she was the Chief Legal Officer of Eczacibasi Holding between 2021 and 2024 and was also a Legal Counsel with the company between 2013 and 2021.
Earlier still, she worked for Herguner Bilgen Ozeke as a Senior Associate between 2006 and 2013 and for Salans as an Associate between 2004 and 2006. She began her career with the European Court of Human Rights, where she was a Legal Counsel between 200 and 2002.
