Andrei Muresan Becomes Head of Legal – M&A and Special Projects at Tiriac Group

Andrei Muresan has been appointed Head of Legal – M&A and Special Projects at Tiriac Group.

Muresan took on the expanded role in August 2025, after working as Head of Legal – Special Projects at the company since January 2025 (as reported by CEE In-House Matters on January 16, 2025).

Before joining Tiriac Group, Muresan worked at Schoenherr Attorneys at Law as Managing Attorney between 2023 and 2025. Earlier, he spent over seven years with Act Legal Romania, between 2016 and 2023, holding roles including Counsel, Managing Associate, and Senior Associate. Before that, Muresan worked as an Associate at Popovici Nitu & Asociatii.

“I am more than happy to also be entrusted with overseeing the legal aspects of our M&A work here at Tiriac Group! It’s a great chance to engage in dynamic projects where strategic thinking and rigorous legal execution go hand in hand,” he commented on his expanded role.
