Alexandra Ivancia Becomes Head of Legal at CTP Romania

Alexandra Ivancia has become CTP Romania’s new Head of Legal.

Ivancia has been with CTP Romania since 2024, when she joined as the company’s Head of Legal Leasing (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on June 28, 2024).

CTP Romania is a full-service developer and manager of industrial and logistics parks.

Before the move, Ivancia spent almost four years in private practice as a Legal Advisor to Prime Kapital Development, between 2020 and 2024. Earlier, she spent three and a half years with Carrefour Romania as a Real Estate Legal Advisor between 2017 and 2020 and, earlier still, almost five years with RPTR between 2012 and 2017.

TBC Leasing Appoints Nino Kochiashvili as Head of Legal Department
