Adina Calfa Joins ISSA Estate as Group CEO

Former E-Infra Group General Counsel Adina Calfa has joined ISSA Estate as Group CEO.

Calfa has been with E-Infra since 2019 (as reported by CEE In-House Matters on April 4, 2019). Since then, she also acted as a Netcity Telecom Board Member representative in 2021 and as Netcity Telecom Supervisory Board Member between 2021 and 2025. Additionally, Calfa has been a Board Member at RoPower Nuclear since 2024. Before E-Infra, she was a Legal Director at R.M.G.C. – Gabriel Resources between 2017 and 2019, and Legal Director at UPC Romania between 2013 and 2016.

Calfa moved in-house after a decade of working in private practice as a Senior Lawyer at CMS UK between 2003 and 2013.

TBC Leasing Appoints Nino Kochiashvili as Head of Legal Department
