Tamas Pal Heisz Joins Wyss&Lila as Legal & Compliance Director

Hungarian lawyer Tamas Pal Heisz has joined rail maintenance company Wyss&Lila as its Director Legal & Compliance.

Before the move, he was the Managing Counsel at Tesla between 2023 and 2025.

Earlier, he worked at Alstom, first as a Senior Legal Counsel between 2021 and 2022, then as a Senior Legal Counsel Indirect Procurement Global APAC and DACH between 2022 and 2023. Earlier still, Heisz spent nine years at Bombardier Transportation: as a Legal Advisor between 2012 and 2014, a Legal Counsel between 2014 and 2017, and a Senior Legal Counsel between 2017 and 2021.

Before moving in-house Heisz was an Associate at Martonyi Law Firm between 2010 and 2012 and Court Clerk at Oberlandesgericht Wien between 2008 and 2009.
