Majda Meric Iljazovic Becomes EVP Legal and Governance at Innomotics

Supplier of motor and large-drive systems Innomotics has appointed Slovenian lawyer Majda Meric Iljazovic to EVP Legal and Governance.

Previously, Iljazovic was the company’s General Counsel between 2022 and 2025.

Innomotics is a separately managed Siemens subsidiary in Germany. Iljazovic has been with Siemens since 2008, first joining as a Regional Compliance Officer Slovenia.

Between 2011 and 2014, she was a Cluster CEE Compliance Coordinator and a General Counsel Bosnia & Herzegovina between 2012 and 2014. Iljazovic was then appointed the General Counsel Adriatic Region between 2014 and 2022 and the General Counsel between 2022 and 2025.

Other positions she held at Siemens include Head of Legal Large Drives Applications in 2022, Head of Legal Slovenia in 2010, and Proxy Holder between 2019 and 2022.
