Neringa Narbute Joins TMV Capital as Its New CEO

Former Revolut Head of Legal Neringa Narbute has joined TMV Capital as its new CEO.

Narbute joined TMV Capital after spending more than five years at Revolut, where she worked as Legal Counsel between 2019 and 2020, Senior Legal Counsel and LT Legal Team Owner between 2020 and 2021, Head of Legal (EEA) between 2021 and 2025, Board Member at Revolut Insurance Europe (EEA) between 2023 and 2025, General Manager of the Lithuanian branch between 2023 and 2025, Executive Director of Legal (EEA) between 2024 and 2025, and Member of the Board of Directors of Revolut Switzerland between 2024 and 2025.

Earlier, Narbute worked as Head of Legal at Lithuanian Cancer Patients Coalition between 2017 and 2020 and as an M&A and Finance Layer at Ignitis Group between 2017 and 2019. 

She moved in-house after more than five years in private practice, first as a Junior Associate at Law Firm Iuris between 2012 and 2013, then as a Junior Associate at Law Firm Varul between 2013 and 2014, a Legal Assistant at Sorainen between 2014 and 2015, and an Associate at Cobalt Legal between 2015 and 2017.
