Izabela Jeznach Joins Dormakaba as Chief Legal Officer

Switzerland-based security solutions company Dormakaba has hired Polish lawyer Izabela Jeznach as its Chief Legal Officer.

Prior to joining the organization, Jeznach spent nine years at Solenis, first as a Regional Legal Counsel between 2016 and 2017, then as an Associate General Counsel between 2017 and 2019, followed by her position as an Associate General Counsel, Legal Director between 2019 and 2023, and, finally, as an Associate General Counsel, Senior Legal Director between 2023 and 2025.

Earlier still, Jeznach worked at CBRE as an Associate Legal Director between 2014 and 2015, an M&A Legal Counsel at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services between 2012 and 2014, and a Visiting Lecturer at City University London (MA Legal Translation) between 2011 and 2013.

Her experience includes working as an M&A Junior Legal Counsel at Dentons between 2011 and 2012, a Junior Litigation Lawyer at Simpson Millar between 2008 and 2011, and a Legal Trainee at Claim Today Solicitors and Studio Legale Santini in 2008 and Studio Legale T.Doria in 2007.
