Petr Ivantsov Promoted to Vice President Legal at Beeline Russia

Russian Lawyer Petr Ivantsov was appointed to Vice President at Beeline Russia.

Ivantsov has been with Beeline since 2007 when he joined as Senior Legal Advisor. In 2012, he was promoted to Director of Corporate Compliance, Corporate Affairs, and M&A Legal and became the Director of Legal M&A, Transactional and Compliance in 2014. Since 2016, he has been serving as Director of M&A Legal and Contractual Legal Support.

Prior to his current company, Ivantsov was the Head of Legal of Effective Energy between 2006 and 2007. He also worked as a Senior Lawyer in the Moscow office of Metalloinvest Management Limited (Cyprus) between 2006 and 2007, as a Legal Counsel for the FForum Group between 2004 and 2006, and as a Company Lawyer for Closed Joint Stock Company Gulfstream Security Systems between 1997 and 2004.

With my 14-year background in PJSC VimpelCom (beeline) and deep knowledge of the Company and its operations, I hope to be able to bring further value and integrity in my new capacity. My sincere congratulations go to Victor Biryukov, who has moved from his previous position as Head of Legal, GR, and Compliance of beeline in Russia to become the VEON Group General Counsel."
