"The reason I took on this role is that I believe that compliance is the cornerstone of any successful financial institution, and I want to be a part of ensuring that Fibank operates with the highest level of integrity and transparency," Petrov commented. "In my new role, I am looking forward to tackling various challenges such as enhancing the bank's compliance policies and procedures, providing training and education to employees, and identifying and mitigating any compliance risks. I believe that by working closely with the bank's leadership and staff, we can further enhance the strong culture of compliance that is already in place at the bank which would benefit both the institution and its customers. I am excited about the opportunity to make a positive impact at Fibank, and I am committed to ensuring that the bank operates in a manner that meets the highest ethical and regulatory standards.
