Former CMS CEE Senior Associate Dora Czegledi has joined Grundfos as Senior Legal Counsel.
Czegledi specializes in cross-border M&A, Corporate Law, Banking Law, and Real Estate Law, among other areas. At the beginning of her career, she was a Trainee Lawyer at Dr. Kadar Kata’s law firm from July 2008 to October 2009. She then moved to CMS CEE in Budapest, where was Junior Associate until June 2012. Czegledi was promoted to Senior Associate at CMS CEE in 2012, a role she occupied until she joined Grundfos in April 2021.
"I am very excited about this new role," Czegledi commented. "I have gained invaluable experience at CMS for which I am very grateful, but after having spent over a decade there, I am confident that both on a personal and a professional level, a change will be beneficial. I have decided to leave the law firm world and switch to in-house in order to gain a deeper understanding of a specific business, and, at Grundfos, I'm lucky enough to work in a truly international environment and continuing to focus on corporate law."
Czegledi received her Juris Doctor from the Eotvos Lorand University in 2008.
